HZS120混凝土搅拌站理论生产率120立方/小时，配备JS2000型双卧轴强制式搅拌机，HZS120混凝土搅拌站是由配料、搅拌、电气控制系统等部分组成的全自动混凝土拌制成套设备，同时配有单独手动控制、落差自动补偿、砂石含水率补偿，能自动完成预定罐次生产。采用卷扬提升料斗的方式上料，料斗和轨道的独特设计，能方便高效地盛放和倾倒骨料，卸料高度为3.8米，具有投资资金量少，占用场地小，动用设备少，设备维护容易，操作方便等优点。

系统组成

搅拌系统

选用JS1500型双卧轴强制式搅拌机；皮带机上料方式、生产效率高；搅拌机衬板及搅拌叶片采用高耐磨合金设计；轴端采用5层密封技术，不漏浆；桶身采用机器人焊接高达95%。

计量系统

粉料、水、外加剂均采用电子秤计量；配料精度高、计量准确；水泥计量斗由传感器吊挂于机架上，结构稳固，可靠性高；水计量器采用水泵卸料；外加剂计量斗为单吊点传感器计量。

配料系统

选用pld2400型配料机，可分为两仓、三仓、四仓物料储料斗；给料机构为“品”字形排列、经皮带输送机给料；采用单独物料称量和累计物料称量两种方式。

输送系统

粉料输送采用全密封装置；出料口与计量斗采用软链接，不影响计量精度；接料口为万向球节，可调节角度偏差；螺旋叶片与筒体间隙小，传输效率高。

操控系统

采用进口元器件、性能可靠；远程化管理，可分配用户权限，管理流程化；智能化控制、自动控制、手动控制于一体；具备配比储存，落差自动补偿，超秤、欠秤报警修正；设备具有运行监控、数据云存储、打印等功能。

水泥仓

水泥仓采用单元模块化设计、组合式结构，水泥仓上下部各装有料位计，除尘系统；为防止粉料起拱，在料仓锥部装有吹气破拱装置；可设计为片状水泥仓，运输方便。
